Countryside style photographer specialising in equine portraiture based in Somerset covering the South West. Guaranteed to give you beautiful memories to last a lifetime. SJE photography is a small business set up by myself, Sophie (hello!). With a passion for photography and the countryside alongside a never ending love of horses since I could walk. I decided to combine my passions and have now been in the industry for 5 years

Q What should I expect during an equine portrait experience?

At SJE Photography I take pride in providing a personal and professional service that will leave you with memories that you will remember and treasure forever. A beautiful background lends itself to a stunning photograph, I like to give you a few options for the location of your photo shoot which we will discuss in your pre shoot consultation. As a horse rider myself, I understand the unpredictability of our four legged friends so I allow plenty of time for all my photo shoots. I like to spend at least 15 minutes before the shoot starts getting to know a little bit about you and your horse/pony and the style of photographs you are after. Every photo shoot is unique and tailored to suit you and your horse(s). If you have any imagery you would specifically like me to capture then please just say, I am always more than happy to experiment :)
